PVCaware.org – finds out what installers need
October 01 2009
The British Plastics Federation is distributing a questionnaire to find out how installers and their customers can best benefit from PVCaware.org.
Fighting Back with Facts founder and Crystal Chairman Martin Randall is the man behind the survey idea, which he sees as the best way of taking PVCaware.org forward.
Martin sees installer involvement as vital to getting the right messages across and pulling business through the supply chain.
“If we are to get installers involved in PVCaware.org, we have to offer something that is of value to them. The questionnaire will find out what that is. We can then offer it and deliver it.” A questionnaire is already being circulated to several hundred installers by the sales force of BPF member Crystal.
The survey is in two stages. The first aims to find out what installers think about trade bodies. The second, based on the information received from the first, will help to work out the best way forward. Results from the surveys are scheduled to be available later this autumn.
